Based in the vibrant South End of Burlington, Vermont, WBTV-LP is a dynamic, community-run station that celebrates the diverse voices of the Queen City. Broadcasting on 99.3 FM, this non-commercial outlet provides a vital platform for volunteer DJs to share an eclectic mix of sounds, ranging from local indie rock and experimental jazz to global world music. As a proud affiliate of the Pacifica Radio Network, the station bridges the gap between hyperlocal Burlington news and international perspectives, fostering a unique space for civic engagement and creative expression.

The station’s schedule is as varied as its community, featuring standout programs like the award-winning daily news hour Democracy Now! and the genre-defying exploration of progressive sounds on Art Rock Avalanche. Listeners can also dive into the smooth curation of The Cultural Bunker, which highlights soul and hip-hop, or enjoy the East Asian pop culture and music featured on Green Bubble Tea. Whether showcasing local musical talent or providing a forum for community dialogue, the station remains a essential hub for authentic, independent media in Northern Vermont.
