WAVR serves Bradford County, Pennsylvania and Tioga County, New York, located in the Twin Tiers between Elmira and Binghamton. WAVR is currently owned by WATS Broadcasting, Inc., a corporation owned by local residents Chuck Carver, Larry Brown and Todd Bowers. WAVR features a local morning program hosted by Carver and Bowers called “Chuck and Todd Live” and programming from AP Radio and Jones Radio Network.
