KTUH Radio is the non-commercial, student-run, listener-supported voice of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, dedicated to providing Honolulu with diverse and alternative programming for cultural and educational enrichment. Known for its freeform style, the station offers a wide array of musical genres over consecutive three-hour blocks, including Jazz, Hawaiian, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Alternative Rock, Metal, and World Music. Listeners on Oʻahu can tune in to the main signal on 90.1 FM or its translator in Waialua on 91.1 FM. Popular programs include “Classic Jazz with John Aquino,” the Hawaiian music and culture-focused show “Kīpuka Leo,” and the deep-dive music history show “History of Rock ‘N’ Roll”. KTUH operates 24 hours a day, year-round, with every hour hosted by a live DJ, which makes it a unique and truly diverse platform for the community.
