KKUT-HD2 is a digital subchannel of the commercial radio station KKUT, which serves the Provo, Utah, metropolitan area. The subchannel is branded as “The Peak” and provides a classic hits format, featuring popular music from the 1970s and 1980s. This programming can be accessed digitally at 93.7 FM HD2.
In order to reach a broader audience, “The Peak” is also rebroadcast on an FM translator at 92.9 FM. Owned by Sanpete County Broadcasting Co., this arrangement allows the classic hits format to be heard by listeners without an HD Radio receiver, extending its reach into a larger part of the region.
