Lamb of God Lutheran Church Celebrates 25 Years of Ministry in Wasilla
Lamb of God Lutheran Church is pleased to celebrate 25 years of ministry
and service to the Wasilla community. To mark this special milestone and
express gratitude for the support of friends, neighbors, and community
members throughout the years, the church invites everyone to a free
community celebration on *Saturday, August 8, 2026*.
The event will take place at *Lamb of God Lutheran Church, 1221 N. Church
Road, Wasilla*, from *12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.*
Guests can enjoy an old-fashioned ice cream social featuring build-your-own
sundaes, hot dogs with all the trimmings, and other family-friendly treats
and activities. Attendees will also have the opportunity to roast hot dogs
over an open fire and gather with members of the community in celebration
and fellowship.
The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to join us as we
celebrate 25 years of faith, service, and community in the Mat-Su Valley.
