You cite your telephone number too fast, dude. Anyway, I select Bill Laimbeer due to his athleticism as coach of the three time champion winning WNBA Detroit Shock.
Matthew Putman
My name is Matthew Putman. I am a disabled veteran and Michigan resident. Our Veteran founded business was created out of necessity and is based on safety, Made in America, made in Michigan.
The Story:
While camping with my wife Valerie, and dog Bella we experienced a power failure. I was troubleshooting and saw fire around our power inlet connection. I ran from the camper yelling to Valerie that our camper was on fire.
I found out the cause of the fire was the heavy power cable created a bad connection at the power inlet, creating heat. That heat led to cable meltdown and fire.
We got out safe, the camper had minor damage. Then the what if’s? What if in the middle of the night? Would we wake up? Could we get out? What if Bella was alone in the camper?
After more than 2 years looking for a solution, we decided to build one, Strain Guard. This simple to use innovation prevents the above scenario.
